Zudem Keller, Waschküche, kleineTaverne und ein Aussenparkplatz.
Es gibt die Verfügbarkeit von einem zweiten Parkplatz und es ist möglich einen Gemüsegarten anzubauen.

The house was completely renewed in 2017.
The house is structured as follows: entrance, bathroom with shower, kitchen-diner, dining room.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a big room that can be used as living room or as third bedroom.
The property included also a cellar, a laundry room, a little basement room and an outdoor parking space.
If need it is possible to have a second parking space and to use a neighbouring garden to grow vegetables.
